Privacy policy
Effective 24 August 2026. This is the same policy the app shows on its own Privacy & disclaimer screen, in the same words.
The short version
Your calculations never leave your phone. Every figure you type, every answer, and everything you save is worked out and stored on the device. None of it is sent anywhere, because there is nowhere to send it — this app has no account, no sign-in, and no server of its own.
There is no advertising, on either tier. The app carried Google AdMob until August 2026. The advertising library has been removed from the build entirely, and with it every identifier, measurement and consent flow that came with it. Neither the free version nor the subscription shows an advert, and nothing in the app asks an advertising network for anything.
The app collects nothing about you. No analytics, no crash reporting, no telemetry of any kind. Not a reduced amount — none.
What the app stores, and where
Everything the app remembers stays in its own private storage on your device. None of it is transmitted, and no other app can read it.

Saved calculations store the figures you entered, never the result — the answer is recomputed each time it is shown. That is a correctness decision rather than a privacy one, but it means the stored data is only ever what you typed.
None of this is personal information in the ordinary sense: it is calculator inputs and interface preferences. The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos, and has no code that could read them.
The one exception you supply yourself: a project quotation has fields for your own business details and your customer's, because a quotation is addressed to somebody. You type those in, they are stored on the device with everything else, and they leave the phone only when you export the document and choose where to send it.
Some of this may be included in the device's own backup — Google Drive on Android, iCloud on iPhone and iPad — if you have device backup switched on. That is a setting on the phone rather than something this app controls, and you can turn it off in the system settings.
Advertising: none
There is no advertising SDK in this app, no advert on any screen, and no identifier collected for advertising purposes.
This is worth stating plainly because it changed. Earlier releases were ad-supported on the free tier and disclosed, at length, what Google's advertising library collected. That library was removed in August 2026. The sections describing the advertising ID, IP-address collection, ad interactions and the UK/EEA consent form have been deleted from this policy because there is nothing left for them to describe.
The subscription
The Pro subscription is bought and managed through the store the app was installed from — Google Play on Android, the App Store on iPhone and iPad — using that store's own billing.
Payment details are handled by Google or Apple and never reach this app — it is told only whether an active subscription exists for the store account, and nothing about who you are or how you paid. That check is the only thing in the app that talks to anything outside the device, and it carries no figure you typed and no result you calculated.
Manage or cancel it in the Play Store, or in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, matching the store that billed you.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored. There is no server-side copy, because there is no server, and there is no third party holding anything collected through this app.
Sharing a result
The app can hand a calculation, a quotation, a timesheet or a budget to the device's share sheet — as a PDF, a spreadsheet file, an image or plain text — and it can copy a result to the clipboard. All of it happens only when you tap the button.
When you share, you choose the destination app, and what you sent is then governed by that app's privacy policy rather than this one. This app does not choose a recipient, does not keep a copy, and does not write to shared storage.
Permissions
The app declares no permissions of its own. Its manifest requests nothing: no internet, no location, no camera, no microphone, no contacts, no photos, no storage access, and no permission to read anything about other apps on the device. There is no code in the app that could use them if they were granted.
The only things that add anything to the shipped bundle are the store billing libraries — Google Play Billing on Android, StoreKit on iOS — which need to speak to the store to sell and check the subscription.
The advertising and consent libraries that previously brought the internet, network-state, advertising-ID, wake-lock and foreground-service permissions have been removed, and those permissions left the build with them.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children. It collects nothing, and asks for nothing that could identify a user of any age. With no advertising in the build there is no third-party collection to describe.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects ever changes, this policy is updated before that version is published, and any new permission is visible on the store listing.

For the Play data-safety form
The declarations follow from the above, recorded here so the form is filled the same way each time it is revisited.
The answer to every collection question is No. The app collects no data and shares no data. That was not true while the app was ad-supported, and the table that used to sit here — device identifiers, approximate location from IP, app interactions and diagnostics, all collected and all shared for advertising — was deleted along with the library that did the collecting.
